SCROLL
Territorial reserve located on the Baja California peninsula, 8 kilometers east of San José del Cabo, on the Sea of Cortez.
It has a dimension of approximately 750 hectares with 3.5 kilometers of beach. The preliminary master plan is contemplating a density of around 650 units, a golf course, a beach club and possibly complementary facilities to increase the value of this reserve.
